Answer: FM200 is safe for people at normal concentration levels used in most applications (7% to 8%) and these concentrations are generally well below the safe exposure levels recommended by the international standards. The systems have sirens and a pre-discharge delay to permit evacuation. Since there is a risk associated with exposure at extremely high concentrations it is an issue of design.
