Account and Data Deletion

Users of the MMJ Field mobile application can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request account deletion, please send an email to: info@mmjss.ae

or contact your system administrator.

Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon verification of the request, the following data will be permanently deleted:

User profile information

Login credentials

Personal information stored within the application

User-generated application data

Data That May Be Retained

Certain records may be retained for legal, security, audit, or regulatory compliance purposes as required by applicable laws and company policies.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests will be processed within 1 business days of verification.
